COVID-19
A Message to Our Stakeholders…
We Care Behavioral Health LLC is continuously monitoring the COVID-19 impact. Our main priority is promoting the health and safety of our employees, our clients, and the community. We will continue to monitor and comply with the recommended guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) regarding COVID-19. We Care Behavioral Health LLC is actively communicating with stakeholders and updating our Pandemic Response Plan as recommendations change and new information becomes available.
During this time, we are open for normal business hours and we plan to stay open to ensure everyone is provided with the essential services they need. Appropriate measures are being taken to reduce the impact of COVID-19 to our clients and employees. We have increased our use of electronic documents, implemented programs that allow for electronic signatures, and are now providing telehealth services. Trained staff are available to help you overcome the challenges of using new technology.
While we strongly encourage the use of telehealth during this time, We Care Behavioral Health recognizes that each person’s needs are unique and may not be appropriate for virtual services. In these situations, we have taken steps to minimize the risk of exposure for both our staff and our clients. The following procedures have been established to ensure that in-person services are provided in a safe and healthy manner:
During this unprecedented situation, We Care Behavioral Health is committed to keeping our customers, employees, and communities safe and healthy. We want you to know that we are here for you and are committed to providing the same extraordinary care that you have come to expect from us.
