Aynsley Doyle

Owner/Administrator

Aynsley Doyle is the Owner and Administrator of We Care Behavioral Health LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in various behavioral health settings. Aynsley has effectly managed program operations, accounting systems, and technology implementations across many programs. In her role with We Care Behavioral Health LLC, Aynsley is responsible for overall program operations including financial and program development.  In addition, Aynsley maintains relationships with stakeholders, ensures agency accreditation, and coordinates oversight of all professional credentialing and contracting.

Candy Graham Vandevelde, LPC-S

Owner/Clinical Supervisor

Candy is the Owner and Clinical Supervisor of We Care Behavioral Health LLC. She has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of behavioral health and substance abuse settings. Candy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Georgia Southern University and is a board approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. In her role with We Care Behavioral Health LLC, Candy is responsible for all clinical program operations including service delivery and program development.  Candy utilizes person centered, evidenced based approaches tailored to meet each individual client’s needs while ensuring high standards of excellence when it matters the most.

Carl "Doug" Phillips

APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Doug is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola State University New Orleans. He completed his advanced nursing studies at McNeese State University. Doug began his medical career while in the Louisiana National Guard where he proudly served for 11 years.  Over the course of his career, Doug has had the privilege of working in a variety of practice setting including psychiatry, primary care, hospitals, emergency rooms, prisons, and the Department of Homeland Security. With over 20 years of experience, Doug is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.  Doug believes in using a holistic approach guided by evidence-based practices and enhanced by his clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition to promote the overall wellness of the client.

Christina Brister

APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Chrissy is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at We Care Behavioral Health LLC. She graduated from Northwestern State University with a Master’s Degree in nursing and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Due to her passion for helping others,  Chrissy obtained a Post Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 18 years of experience working in the healthcare setting, Chrissy has a strong desire to help those suffering with mental illness achieve a full and satisfying life. She believes in developing a healthy therapeutic relationship with her clients by using a strength-based, person-centered approach.
